What we actually do
A foldable case has to protect two screens and a moving joint at once, stay thin enough to close flat, and never block the hinge. Everything below is built around that.
The cover follows the fold line so dust and grit stay out of the mechanism, and the phone still opens flat with no pinch or creak.
Rigid PC holds the shape, TPU takes the impact, liquid silicone gives grip and a softer hand feel. We pick the combination by what the model needs.
Mould design and CNC happen in-house. New model development takes about 60-90 days, which is why we can quote carrier phones other factories skip.
