Two names, one factory.
DuoShell is the foldable-phone-case brand of Foshan Rex Technology Co., Ltd.
The same factory has run OEM/ODM case production under the Rextek name since 2011. Rextek is where our general OEM work lives: TPU+PC hybrids, MagSafe cases, clear cases, PU leather. DuoShell is where our foldable work lives. We run our own mould shop and injection workshop, test every case before it ships, and produce 600,000+ cases a month for buyers in 60+ countries.
How a DuoShell case is made

We run our own mould shop and injection workshop. That is what lets us tool a new foldable model in about 60-90 days, and it is why we can quote models that larger suppliers skip entirely. A foldable case has to protect two screens and a moving joint at once and still close flat, so the mould is cut around the hinge travel from the first drawing. Every case is tested before it ships.
